full of "find spawn area,shoot spawn area,move into spawn area,find next spawn area" getting advanced on and pushed back by the AI was the single most suprising and refreshing moment I have had in gaming this year.
And I can guarantee you know -nothing- of the story if that is your opinion,it is far FAR deeper than other First Person Shooters.
It just gave you the rounded smoothest wheel to date.

One thing I really liked about Killzone is you had to look out of cover,pick where your going to sprint to and judge wether or not you could make the run without getting killed, when you sprinted you actually started slow and picked up speed and then didn't just stop dead because you told your character to,Sev actually took two bouncing steps to stop dead.

They actually brought life to the Helghast,they were as occupied with keeping themselves alive as they were taking you down.

There's so many points in time they could set it,playing as a civilian trying to escape Russia as the Infection spreads. Or they could fill in the blank in Resistance 2 after Daedalus put Hale into a coma,Capelli talks about how the grid that was protection for a good few million civilians is destroyed and there wasn't many survivors.
