1. Release a demo with the ability to play without six axis controls.
2. Then make the six axis controls optional in a patch.
That's what I would do.
Spiderman: "How do I shot web?!"
Master Chief: "I'MA CHARGGIN MAH LAZER!" *SHOOP DA WHOOP!*
Spiderman: "OH NOOO! AHHHHH!!!!"
^_^
"besides who will wanna waste time playing this crap with xbox graphics when you have Haze and Unreal 3 this fall."
I'm guessing that's you.
I feel so happy that it's only a matter of days away. ^_^
Atleast Halo 3 is going to meet the hype.
Also I still don't understand why people say that Halo 2's campaign was the worst thing ever. People can be sooo damn picky sometimes. I for one loved it and I actually liked playing as the Arbiter unlike a bunch of whiney brats that had to be all "It's not Halo if we have to understand why the Covenant are actually a structured civilization with a cast system and that it is falling into pieces and destined for civil war."
Thanks. :)
Not everyone can be 100% fair and balanced. It's basic human nature that we favor something else over another.
It's not rare for a large group of developers to split off from a successful game studio. The people who made Stubbs the Zombie split off from Bungie and the people who made Psychonauts split off from Lucas Arts.
Then who are the fair and balanced reviewers?
But it's just 1 wire. >_>
Yeah they are rechargable but it becomes a hassle when your controller's power goes low and you have to charge it over and over again.
There is a difference but it's very slight.
Yeah I don't know what 360 had the most players in multiplayer but in 2008 we'll have Huxley which is going to support 100vs100 (Webzen is going to be hosting the servers btw).
Sounds good. I hope they get this "DoonyBrook" thing working.
Also the game Huxley, which is coming out on the 360 in 2008, is a good example of a FPSMMO that could end up changing from a 100vs100 game to a 1000vs1000 game if "DoonyBrook" gets fully produced.
Well atleast we won't have to charge it.
Even though I am a Halo fan, CoD4 does deserve to be #1 because it's a game that is going to be on the PC, PS3, and 360 so that gives everyone (except Wii owners) a chance to enjoy this game during the Holidays.
Also to add on to the COD4 hype, Being one of the people who has the COD4 beta I've got to say that Infinity Ward nailed the multiplayer head on. The multiplayer gameplay is solid and very fun. Also COD4 has the Halo party system so you get to stay with your friends in ...
Well that's a first for "Virtual Reality Fantasy Bestiality". :P
Unless 4chan.org has already come up with it. >_>
I'm apart of the 51% that doesn't know. Also I don't really care who wins.
SDF might give it a 1/10 if Halo 3 makes them sh*t their pants in anger and in jealousy. :D
Have you ever played Halo, Leon?
The game is nothing but fun. I don't understand why people like you consider it mediocre when it is actually the embodiment of replayability and fun. I spent countless hours playing Halo and Halo 2. I've had so many LAN and XBL matches with my friends, co-workers, and even relatives that I've lost count. And I've played through both campaigns dozens of times.
