That's...actually very cool :)
Yeah, I'd say it's fun. The Campaign is....ok. But after, when it's just u & the US of A, things can get good.
It's kinda like the ultimate Road Trip game: the map is huge, & grfx are prettier than a lot of folks gave them credit for on release.
Sum really lovely areas, breathtaking even in spots, large scope. When u play, b sure to visit Yosemite, Monuments Valley, Miami & Sequoia National. Snowy Mountain States r good too, as...
Everything I hear about EGTTR is positive; very much looking forward to this.
Does any1 know if a release date has been set?
It's not What he said that can b seen as kinda funny, it's just How he said it. That Polygon title for instance: "Bioshock creator Ken Levine's next game starts with Passions, Wants and Needs". C'mon, that elicits a chuckle, we can't help it :P
In terms of good character creation in any narrative medium, what he said is absolutely correct. The best characters r the 1's living their own lives apart from what u as an author want them to do: ...
Braaaains o_O
@WCxAlchemist, man, if that's the case, I guess I may as well give up the ghost on getting to play JE2 :(
& that's a shame, wouldn't u say?
Mmm...I know JE was ofc (og)xbox excl. last time around, that's how I played it. But having moved to ps4 this gen, I hope it's multiplat this time. Really enjoyed the game, hate the idea of not getting to play it again :(
I think it all comes down to who owns the ip, ms or ea?
Completely agree (& I'm guessing u meant China? ;P)
& make it truly open world this time, no loading screens
Never got to play Uncharted (ps4 is my 1st playstation), so I'm like the perfect target demographic. I wonder how many other folks r like me? If enuff brand nu members of ps nation r out there, this could make a lotta financial sense (as well as folks who already played, but would luv a definitive edition/compilation)
Wait, how long is this offer good for? xD And best of luck in all future endeavors :)
Don't have an x1 (went ps4 this gen) & my laptop can't game for poop (hey, it can play Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 :P), so I'm waiting on the 360 version, which they say is still coming.
& Yeah, it'll probly b quite a bit downgraded; will just have to wait & see how much.
Sure The Crew had its issues, & even after updates a few r still outstanding. But for the most part, the game provided what I hoped it would: a huge, diverse map (entire US of A) & a few nice cars to get around in.
Once they give an option to remove player names & police notifications (incl. Most Wanted alerts), & finally provide an offline-play patch, I think I'm good.
This. Maybe w/ less swearing, but still This :P
Sleeping Dogs was pretty sweet too; & that blessed Just Cause series...oh, JC3 can't come soon enuff xD
=O...the hell is wrong w/ u? Dude, have it ur way, u clearly give (an order of magnitude) more of a sh*t about this than just about anybody, especially me.
I hope to God this isn't how u act irl, it will do u absolutely no favors, no sarcasm =/
@EDMIX, really dude? Wow.
To be clear, I'm talking about team/budget size, couldn't care less if a developer is owned by sum1 or not. & most games considered "indie" tend to be lesser in scope & polish than "AAA" games becuz of those very budgetary & manpower limitations.
I prefer 3D environments that I can move around in as I please, w/ full camera control. To bypass the great costs involved in creating such games, ...
Really looking forward to this, along w/ No Man's Sky, Rime, Witness & Vanishing of Ethan Carter.
It's weird, I've never been much of an "indie" guy, but this upcoming batch is so promising
Slightly off-topic, but I like looking @ girls more than dudes :P
That will probly be...a long time, no sarcasm. @ least a couple yrs to get to that price pt. imo.
Not to get too "Big Picture", but we only have so many trips around the sun, right? & if we're talking youth (traditional "gaming age" so to speak), we have even fewer circuits (depressing, I know :(, but c'est la vie, what can u do?) Pt. is, knowing time's doing it's thing wether u know or care, r $200 or so bucks worth a couple yrs d...
I just want sum news already (said to come later today?)
As for demo, depends on when it's released. If like sum games lately, the demo comes out right on or even after a game's release, then it makes little diff in my case, cuz I'd already have the game.
Not so good for folks who were maybe on the fence & wanted a better idea b4 purchase
