this game is soooo good.
It's a technicality. If it doesn't get a USK rating, Sony and Steam, Nintendo and Xbox won't allow you to release the game on their platform in that territory. So it won't appear on PSN, or eShop for example. it's effectively banned.
Importing is the only way around it.
Easily one if my favoutite consoles of all time ^_^

I can honestly say this is one of the best arcade racers I've ever played - and this is just a small demo. The handling model is so completely different from anything else out there - it's on another level.
