Writer of the article here. My bad on the sales numbers, late night research is not the best research. Fixed it now. Thanks for pointing that out. 10% is still a good attach rate though!
Would help short-term maybe, might even be a wash if it doesn't sell well.
Crysis Party!
January would have probably been best. Big games for 2017 don't launch till February
Not sure how you can be late with an opinion piece if PSX hasn't even happened yet. Just sayin'
See what you did there, have my upvote!
Don't be Rickdiculous
Was it fair to pull the games? Going by the strict definition of fair, yes, it was fair. Are Nintendo jerks for doing something like this even though it's fair? Yes, yes they are.
I think it could work as Switch game. The social features are nice but I think the heart of the game really comes down to what you do on your own.
Not necessarily repulsed but confused as to how those two can be combined into an RPG
Yeah it's definitely not ideal but Breath of the Wild will be out before anyone knows it
That's dark as hell lol
I think the failure of the Steam machines had more to do with the fact that Sony and Microsoft have cornered the market they were trying to go after. That and PC gamers, Valves largest fanbase, had no use for Steam machines really.

I'd like to see Microsoft pick them up, considering Crytek likes PC and Microsoft is pushing the Play Anywhere thing it seems like a good fit
this guy lol
This!
My runner up choice would be Superman 64. Those controls are terrifying.
You don't have to buy it. This has been said over and over again. The PS4 Neo or whatever its called isn't replacing the PS4. You don't have to buy it. You don't have to buy it. One more time, with feeling, to really drive the point home. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUY IT.
I get that. This game needs a great campaign in order to do well.
Hey there, Dave Ortuso (guy who wrote the article) here, I definitely get your point and I really should have stressed more that I didn't think they were secretly working on a Switch port but more that they should look into porting it at some point (assuming the Switch doesn't flop, of course).
That's on me. My apologies.
As for porting costs. If the Switch does well and establishes a big enough base then Atlus will make back the porting cos...
