I disagree with the inclusion of the Plasma Rifle and Needler in this list as they do have there place, If you tried playing with certain skulls the Plasma rifle was usefull as hell, also these guns are like defining guns of halo (along with the pistol and AR) So you cant just take them out...

I'm sorry, but absolutely nothing about that list screams "Must Buy!".
The radio stations were always the best part of a GTA game.
For me gtaIV was one of the biggest disappointments this generation, however that doesn't mean It's still one of the best franchises of all time. Whenever it is release you can guarantee that it will be one of, if not, the biggest game of the year. So yes it's still relavent.
I honestly think this and Arkham city are the most overated games this generation. A very shallow combat system and no real interesting incentive to explore the world( and no the agility orbs.. Sorry i mean the riddler marks are not incentive to explore).

Did the people in Kanto, Johto and whatever other jabronilands eat Pokemon? Iv'e never though about what they eat before...
The problem is though that they would make money off the investment. It's the se issue they have now. The put so much money into exclusive games that the never Make a profit! They need to streamline out some of the crap games anyway so this list is kind of counter productive.

Yeah Gears was always the really linear 360 game, as opposed to Halo 3 where the levels were usually huge and had an element of exploration to them.

Except that what you just said is completely untrue. If you go back and play even just a last years version, the changes are huge. The visuals have improved, the fluidity of the gameplay has improved. Hell the only thing still holding madden back is the piss poor comentary.

Because its a joke of a game. You remember when Homefront insulted COD and BF to get attention? People bought there game.
They then realized it suck, but by that time it was to late to get your money back. Its just a tactic crappy games have to do to get attention.
