How can Forza take the lead in simulation when it isn't a sim at all? It is very near hovercraft physics. The cars have no feeling of weight and mostly just float around corners. The rewind function also completely kills any chance of it being legitimately considered a sim. If we are talking all games considered and not console exclusive, IRacing is still the lead sim by miles.
@tucky:
You ever driven a real car? GT has by far the most accurate handling of any console racing game. Even professional race drivers have said it is the most accurate, and consistantly get within 1 second of their rl lap times on the game. I can take nearly any corner in the game at 55-60mph without trouble and there isn't a single corner in the game that i have to slow to less than 45mph for. If you have trouble cornering, you need to learn how to drive better. pointe...
Hope the buyer likes my busted PS2 that i stuck in the 20th Anniversary PS4 box and then re shrinkwrapped at the office supplies store where i work. I know i'll be enjoying the £750. I also made 10 more 20th Anniversary PS4s myself at a friends paint shop. Laser etched all of them with serial number 00001. They are all going up on Ebay for £80k each if anyone wants one.
@Grap:
Timed exclusive. All the Fallout 3 DLC was on the PC from the start and it all eventually came to the PS3 also.
Slightly over $90 actually. $79.99 with 13% taxes works out to $90.40 (rounded up since we no longer have 1cent coins)
There are only a few games i would pay $80 for (outside of retro) and none of them currently exist.
@Calvin_ISA:
$80 is still $80 to us regardless of the exchange rate. It is alot to pay for a video game. We also pay 12-13% taxes depending on province.
Could you repeat that in english?.
FFIX brought FF back to its roots. Its story was one of the better ones.
It's the Dualshock 1886.
Simplified:
Emulators = Legal
Downloaded BIOS = Illegal
Self ripped BIOS from personal hardware = Legal
Downloaded ROM/ISO = Illegal
Self ripped ROM/ISO from personal cart/disk = Legal
If you ever sell the original hardware or cart/disk, you have to delete the BIOS/ROM/ISO that was obtained from it. They are also non transferable. Each owner has to make their own copy.
PCSX2 isn't too hard to run with modern systems. My Phenom II 965 and GTX 470 can run most PS2 games at 4k.
Forgot all about this game. Was really looking forward to it when it was announced but it has been so long since i have seen anything on it. Thought it went the way of the Duke Nukem.
@deadpoolio316:
First Syphon Filter - PS1, Jan 1999.
First Splinter Cell - Xbox, Nov 2002.
Which is the clone?
Nothing egocentric about it. Just realistic. It is nothing but a tease constantly showing off all these limited/special editions and then not releasing it in their primary market. Japan accounts for less than 5% of the world wide sales of PS4 consoles (by the end of most gens, it is less than 1%). NA accounts for nearly half. This is at the very least a tease and at worst, a taunt. It is basically saying "hey, look what we made! too bad you cannot have it." to 95% of their user base...
Yet again i'll say it. If it isn't released in NA, then it is an irrelevant pos that nobody gives a crap about. All these limited edition Sony products do is annoy me. Either release it in NA or fack off and do not advertise it at all.
Remake/Sequels of FFVII/VIII/IX or Mario RPG. An HD remaster of FFXII IZJS would be nice also but the others should have priority.
Just Amazon France again. Nothing official.
Eww nasty. Another one of those jointy junkers. Can't square get a decent figure manufacturer for these?
"You are not going to be driving most of the cars in real life or in track conditions. And if you were, would you have time for a SIMULATOR."
Alot of professional drivers actually do use sims for off season practice. RL track practice can get very expensive.
