Pathetic article. Nowhere in it does he mention having used it or had any time with any VR whatsoever. The vast majority of critics that have tried VR have only nice and positive things to say about it. They are left wanting more.

Lets be honest. Only the small minority play previous gen games on their new systems. That's a fact as far as I'm concerned. Here in our little hardcore gaming bubble, we're are seriously the minority. Who cares. You act like this is a big thing, but it's not, same goes for Xbox One backwards compatibilty because it doesn't help them sell more than the competition at all. It isn't even making a dent IMO.

I expect a new IP to sell less than well known franchise like Tomb Raider. I really think Scalebound has no hope to be impressive in sales. Tomb Raider, Sunset Overdrive hell... even one of the Forza games have sold like crap and underachieved. You really think the majority of Xbox fans that don't read media are just going to buy Scalebound? I'm not so sure. But we'll see.
But some people just want the best version of the game on console. It's usually the PS4 version. So they want that. If you play a 900p game for 10 minutes, then suddenly play the same game at 1080p you can tell the difference EASILY. But, if you only play the 900p version then you can get used to, but you can also get used to a 720p game as well ;)
It's easy to tell. Play a multiplat game at 900p for an hour. Then, play the same game at 1080p. You can tell the difference straight away. You would get used to 900p and also 720p, but just know that there is a better console version out there on the other platform that you don't have.

This looks amazing. I really hope the game with come with random track generation option. Imagine multiplayer with that going on. No one could get used to the tracks. Looks exciting and thrilling. Can't wait for PS VR

@ xasz, Of course I want all the companies to introduce new IPs. I just don't think they will sell jack-crap on Xbox One. But I'm glad they keep trying. Tomb Raider on Xbox is a joke plain and simple. I wish this new IP well, but I honestly believe it ain't going to sell well at all.
