But I do believe that it's going to be a very good year for PS3. Especially looking at the sales lately, and seeing as though 360 has... only three good Exclusives... and Kinect is a fail... it may be a bit better than I think.
They generally are... take your ps1 out, pick up a copy of Oddworld: Abe's Oddesey... and save ALL of the Mudokons... then tell me your'e a gamer... Although they have gotten to be easier, their are a few games out now that are harder than usual. They usually don't get played because of the loosers who actually ENJOY easy video games. Games like Operation Flashpoint and Demon's Souls to name two, pose a SERIOUSLY UNFORGIVING gameplay experience...
I've played both, and neither appeal to my heart... why? you may ask... well unlike most console gamers... I am a PC gamer that just happens to have a console. (PS3) So i'd rather waste my time with a game that challenges me and causes me to think... JUST A LITTLE! Operation Flashpoint is that kind of game... Most VISCERAL war experience you will EVER experience through a game today... The war games today are mostly fake... even if you are special ops you will most likely never bee in...
If pokemon had great artists like this, then I think I would have given the show a try... but it didn't and doesn't so I won't.
I'm glad they moved it back... For a game this worth-while, I want them to make all the adjustments they need to, to make the final build what it needs to be. I believe that LBP is more a program than anything, with that being said... I'd like it to have as little "kinks" as possible.
They didn't actually believe that console gamers had a lower IQ rate and couldn't appreciate a realistic game like DR. But by the looks of these stupid complaints, and people wanting it to be more like COD.... just confirms how stupid the majority of console gamers actually are... :/ GFYS's C

About the common FPS player, is the fact that they think every fps should have controls that have this "snap and lock" type aiming system, when in real life, its nothing like that. Guns HAVE WEIGHT! so when you move the gun left, the gun shouldn't stop within the same MILLISECOND that your stick does!
Look a lot more open than the last... More of a MOH kinda feel instead of COD...

No matter how "Ridiculous" it may seem... we still want SPLIT SCREEN! And we want it on games OTHER than LBP of MNR! WE WANT IT IN SHOOTERS! and with HD support, it'll look THAT MUCH BETTER! I hate saying to my brother... "Oh you can't play right now... it doesn't have split screen..." GRAW had it! Halo has it! GET UR SHAT TOGETHER game devs!
The maps are much bigger.
The gameplay has stayed generally the same
The weighty character animation is the same (Which in my opinion IS A GOOD THING!! NO GAY SPLIT SECOND TURNING SHOTS)
The adoption of full animation cqc fits the game well.
The same basic weapons.

Playstation Move is--in a lot of ways--a relative of the BVH. In a way... It's like Motion Capture. BVH is used to shoot movies. Have you ever seen a "In the making" video of some of your favorite animated movies? Just look at the extras on a movie like The Incredible Hulk, or King Kong, Do you see the men with the tight black suits and little bright balls on them? THAT is motion capture. Just like the light orbs on the PS Move, they need a high contrasting color behind them, so...
This is a demo screen, the final build is just the same as the 360 version.

Those are some great advancements to the gaming world. Hopefully other companies will see the potential, and try to build games that let you customize even the smallest of things.
