In case you didn't believe it happens, here is an example, obviously it needs a pretty big bump to happen, but I've seen other ones where it does it with a lower strength bump. Another thing is that whenever you are on a second floor and above, and of course not all the time but in certain cases, the floor is kinda shaky or sensitive, I can't figure the right word to describe it but you probably know what I mean. Again, it only happens in some cases, but it CAN happen.

Ask the people that approved it. If you click on the box that looks like gears you will see the names of those who approved it and can ask them yourself.
It's funny also how most of the people that approve and report news will let this be published, but when someone makes an article that is plain and simply funny AND videogame related, they will bash it, attack it, and report the crap out of whoever approves or supports that article. sigh...
