Like lots of people said on NeoGaf. Looks like DMC4 and that's not best graphic competition.
And thats a highly amount of bloom, usually if games used a ton of bloom they want to cover some details up.
Everything is constantly going to be polished and tweaked until the game comes out so don't worry about it.
