Here is the problem with great reviews, their expectation doesn't meet your expectation. Many times I have went to see a movie or play a game with rave reviews only to be disappointed afterwards. My expectation didn't match the review and I thought it was going to be better than it was, Therefore I was disappointed. We all just have to lower our expectations a little and appreciate what is presented before us.

The horror VR game will make use of the PSVR2’s eye-tracking system to face you against enemies that move when you blink.

So, I'm watching the video and right enthralled with the art style, the architecture, the costumes, and how closely they paid attention to all the little details, the music, but then I'm suddenly ripped out of that experience when entering into character dialog. It feels out of place, then I'm put back into the fantasy when the dialog ends. The dialog needs muted music and background noises to blend into the game and be part of it, not separate the player from their experience. ...

And honestly, I wasn't impressed with the last god of war, due to the fact that I couldn't jump or even vault for that matter! So frustrating. Good game, but why no jump? This log that I could step over is barring my path now I must go around.... You're Effing Kratos! GOD OF WAR! Kick the log into oblivion, smash it to bits with your axe, C'mon! This log is actually Mjölnir's cousin, Ljolnir, and no one has been worthy to move it yet. This hole in the cliff that I...

You don't have to like someone else's opinion, but if you want to have your own opinion, then you have to respect it. This person will now achieve fame as the most hated person on the internet for nov. 2022! Why can't someone not like this game and verbalize it to the media without getting bullied and berated? Not just for this, but for every topic out there.

How about stop remaking games and start coming out with fresh new ideas using inspiration from those old great games. New games, new characters, new plot and story lines. Elden Ring was a great example of this. They expanded on a formula that had proven itself and made it even better. There isn't much in the way of imagination when remaking games. If you take Resident Evil 4 for example, fantastic game in my opinion, but I know what's going to happen, and the ending is not going to...

Well they should also state that it is in their opinion that is fantastic as well. If you're going to write a review on a subject, don't you think you should see the whole thing first? Should we watch a movie trailer and write a review about how the actors or actresses lacked character, but the art design was fantastic? Is that a fair assumption? Not only that, but now they decide they are going to headline an article with it in an attempt to create a hook to draw the reader in. ...

I am specifically speaking about the opening line that draws your attention but puts the idea that the open world is lacking before they can be played. The point of a demo is to see if YOU like it, but in this day and age, it's so easy to sit behind your keyboard and judge and comment on unfinished products. And while you may not like it, others might love it. Now if you want to take into account that this is this person's job that they get paid to do it, then they should take resp...

First off, it was a demo, not the whole completed project. How can you form an opinion on an unfinished product?

1252d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Stating that open world lacks identity as an opener for your blog is a rotten way to start it off. You only had a demo to play and not the whole game, save your criticism for after the game when it is in its completed form.

Honestly, it's quite brilliant if you think about it from a business standpoint. It would keep people in the game, rage-quitting would be a thing in the past. It would keep you calm and invested in your play through, while still maintaining a decent challenge.

This fight goes against everything harley quinn is. Hand to hand combat with nightwing? I don't think so. She should be in a giant mechanical teddy bear that shoots glue and grenades and at its second faze it farts laughing gas. Harley might be crazy but shes not stupid.

I was terrible at this game, I died a rage inducing death at least 10 times an hour, until I got a little better, and then it was only like three times an hour. I played it until the end, using every single exploit I could find online, and still I died, even after grinding that effing bird on the cliff until I was level 150, Die die die, this game should have been called Deathen ring. I never finished it, I got to the final boss and tried to cheese him too but couldn't beat his second f...

Y'know..... I kinda agree with this article, they sort of did take chip shortages into account and low to no PS5 stock in almost every major city in the world. If you factor in that fact and the fact that there are over 100 million PS4 owners, it does make sense from a business standpoint to make cross generation games. But Sony does need a game that compliments its newest system and show off the new features with flair innovation with fresh new mechanics and ideas. It would also be unpl...

Sega is trying to capitalize on a mascot that has been obsolete for almost a whole generation, I feel if they came up with a new character and built a game around it, they would have more success. jmo
