When is the last time you went to a department store and saw 400 pc boxes being stacked in a corner? I had a pc, and the sound card wasn't compatible, or there wasn't enough ram, or I needed to update my video card. Not everyone has 2000 to 5000 to get the best of the best pc gear. If anything consoles have pushed the gaming market further than if they never had existed by bringing them to the mass market.

Honestly these businesses need to stop deciding what can and cannot be used as game content. let developers make whatever game they like and if there is a market for it the consumer will make it known. Let parents decide what their kids play, That is their job, not anyone else's. If they couldn't be bothered monitoring what their kids are playing it is on them.
Augmented reality will when it hits the market, sure there are some glasses out there but nothing practical yet. I do believe it will mainstream one day when it becomes universally affordable, the features it can use will truly change the current gaming experience.
I hate how games get released unfinished, the player has to find the glitches and a patch comes out a month later. Or instant day 1 update, after purchasing a hardcopy of a game and putting it into your machine to play, you find out that you have to wait for the damn thing to update.

Why would you need a ps5 for this to work exactly? Nothing in that article said that it needed a ps5. This could be something that could be sold right now. The Move wands for the ps3 work for the ps4 so I don't see a problem with releasing them now. A second generation psvr could be released whenever they want and doesn't necessarily have to tied to the ps5 in any way, especially if it has its own graphic chip set and processor built into it.

Rocksmith is a game that allows you to play songs on a real guitar. It also teaches you how to play a guitar if you don't know how. Kinda like rockband but with a real instrument.
