he means the "REAL" LBP can't be made on 360 [which can only be possible on the ps3] Just like FFXIII will be a different game on the 360 because the port team will have to compress the game in new ways to get less disc for it.
during Sony's E3 Conference they started playstation production in Latin america. We'll see what they mean by that.

eww. that's a bit ugly and flat. while most of the time i'll be staring and concentrating what i'm doing if i'm playing but i like the game's graphics and hud to look awesome if i'm watching others play.
