Those 10 friends have to be gifted the games from your library, you can't just loan them out. And I've played ps3 online. MAG, KZ, Uncharted, BF3, etc. And the online was just as great as Xbox live. All live had was party chat.

If they did that they'd bleed money. The vita cost $159 to make if they drop the prices down to match the 3ds then they'll easily lose $50-60 bucks on every vita sold. The current price ensures they bring in money rather than lose.
Ps3 has slow servers? I downloaded DC universe I 15 minutes. I downloaded all the God of war games in about 25-30 minutes. That's not bad at all seeing ass that's about 35 gigs of stuff. And you can download games in the background for ps3 too. Only thing you can't do is party chat. You make no valid points.
Vita has party chat and its free. It has nothing to do with the service but the hardware. Ps3's split ram and larger OS footprint is why it can't do party chat. The vita has 512mb system ram and 128vram and a tiny OS.
If the Vita is sinking then the Wii U is dead. Seriously both consoles are going to get some great games which will boost sales.

That's not Sony's doing. Due to the high demand and rarity of the BC ps3s they are considered to be more valuable and the prices are super inflated. I collect the original beyblades and what use to cost $10 at retail back during original manufacturing can can cost 10 times that amount. Yet the newer better tops are dirt cheap.
