these shots aren't even max setting....I ran the game on mid settings and look what it looks like. Image quality makes a massive difference.

I can understand a 3rd party like steam or direct2drive running out of licenses to sell(this happened with prey and they never got more) but EA owns the new republic it's purely to sell more of the more expensive edition.

WTF are you talking about...windows was never derived from apple...it was around before Lisa and Macintosh they got denied by IBM because IBM was developing it's own GUI for MS-DOS called top view, that ended up being unsuccessful but bill managed to convince IBM to give windows a chance because Lisa and Macintosh ended up being successful.

not even my old PC(I keep it around for friends to play on) can run any multiplat 1080p at 40-60fps with 4xAA and I built it 4 and a half years ago for $640 CAD.

shoulda got one on boxing day or black friday I got one for $80 so I expect it'll pretty much trade in around the same value when they announce news of a new model.

Total war. I doubt even the old ones would run well no matter how much they lowered the graphics.

Also the 2 games you listed look completely different on consoles...D3 I'm sure will look the same though because it has terrible graphics.

Doubt Vita will happen...the games world is kept on a server like an MMO so portables are pretty much out of the question.

it was still good but I felt demon's souls was better too...dark soul's I died like 3 times the whole way through...it wasn't really a hard game, I thought this might just be because of my experience with demons soul's but I can still go back play that and find it challenging...

I'd prefer not having it to a crappy port but if they can make a port with no issues I'd gladly take it for the smooth framerate and 1080P

if they had the ability to transfer save games from Ps3 I'd buy it in a heartbeat...they probably wouldn't though because it could be abused :(

eh I disagree...darksoul's did have better gameplay but the witcher was better in every other aspect and was better overall ... I like story's and good writing a lot though...

haha no. plenty of CRPG's had good narrative consoles were just way behind(they pretty much always are).

ya I don't understand the 60 FOV most console fps games have....feels so claustrophobic after playing with 90 forever....
