Gldsrc was a modified quake engine sooooo....but ya it was never on pure quake engine just Gldsrc...
uh lots of people complained about chris in RE5 and people frequently make fun of the walking tanks that epic makes...
also there a ton of games with "scrawny" main characters....overweight though I'll give you...can't really think of many games with fat main characters, pretty much wario is the only thing that comes to mind..
movies have a motion blur that games don't have that helps your eyes piece things together and results in a smoother picture than whats actually being displayed. unfortunately with games once you introduce input the illusion of a smooth framerate is ruined.
lack of aliasing would mean there's no jaggys lol...I know what you meant though...
no one forgot to take it out...the wrong version was put up...we got the 360 dev build instead of the final PC version :/
I fail to understand how any one would think the 360 controller is better...the bloody things not even symmetrical...
it actually does...if a game was running 1080p with the exact same graphics and framerate as at 720p it would look better in 1080p.
concurrent is the keyword here, which btw steam is higher than both XBL and PSN...
it was never blocked the 360 can't run xbox games it can only emulate them...that's why the compatibility list is so small...most games have to be recoded in order to work properly...
killer7 was pretty good imo
lots of people have played it actually...they released a 10 hour demo/beta...
hmmm.... think I'm gonna play doom 3 again
it's still buggy even with the fixpacks...it crashes all the time...
it crashed randomly on area transitions for me when I played it years ago and that was after all the patches...it won't even run on my new PC....crashes right after making a character....I know the bug and it's from having over 3GB's of ram which is absolutely ridiculous...
fantastic game but I can't believe it was at $20 all this time who the hell would pay $20 for a game from 2003...
I played on max it was piss easy.
also it's not an average...it's the most common hardware... 56% of cards are DX10 right now and 5.6% are DX11...
and that average is above ps3/360 spec right now. by the time the ps4/720 launch the average will be a quad core i architecture and a 6870/480...
I beat it in an hr and 1/2 first time through... 6 sounds like you haven't played the game and feel a need to defend it...either that or your just really terrible at video games..
they said it would be a better game. It looks like it'll deliver on that.
