The weirdest problem I saw was... people didn't know what to buy, they were buying stupid crap, then leaving their PSP collecting dust.
Not everybody "gets" the psp.

I went on adhoc party... 1 red room, a couple of yellows, a few blues.
I went to the japan adhoc party. OMG.... world A was lacking any empty rooms 10 red ones, a bunch of yellow and blue. it was crazy.
PSPgo style sliding model + touch screen + 2 analogs + full psn support + HD screen (720?) + out of the box TV output + Huge memory(40gb+) + full backward compatibility with PSN downloaded PSP games + more focus on PSN downloads + Lack of piracy = win.
I dont really care for crossgame chat, mainly because 80% of the time I'm listening to a podcast while gaming, unless it's a game with audio ques that i need to listen for, or has an awesome soundtrack or lots of cutscenes or one of my team mates have headsets, in which case I have a podcast in one ear, headset on the other.
Theres normally some ppl with headsets online, when crossgame chat comes in, we'll see even less :/

unlikely- microsoft doesnt like anything other network arcitecture besides LIVE. I'm not sure if they would want steamworks.
Im sure you can use kb/m support on Ps3 version, UT3 had it.
I wouldn't use it though, I like playing games in bed.
I just hope they dont add features that would otherwise be added in firmware updates. Just give out free games and whatnot. 1 PS3 game, 2 minis, 1 PS1 game each month.

MSAA is amazing, I didn't see any jaggies in GOW3, It was a definite "wow". One of thoes things I noticed stright away!
Firmware updates are delaying the next console launch,
remember the PS1 and 2 never have any updates, it's mindboggling that it stayed the same for all thoes years, you... couldn't actually do anything besides games and movies....freaky!
All they can improve in the next console is just updated specs. Most feature stuff can be added in via FW.
That trailer was amazing, Im having a hard time distingushing it from real life, especially the top gear parts, I thought it was real, until the car stopped and you see the drivers.

This may be the first time a sixaxis is superiour to the dualshock3- why?
Sixaxis is easy to hold in one hand, dualshock is heavier and a bit of a strain.

What can it really do besides party and fitness games. All you can really do is move around your body.
