I just want it to be an original story hopefully about a custom character figuring out what to do in the aftermath of order 66 and for the lightsaber combat to be interesting and the ability to choose force powers.
@starchild that's why I didn't like bloodborne as much, and when I mentioned that on here all the haters gathered up to bash. I loved all the dark souls games and demons souls, but could not bring myself to finish bloodborne because it just felt off to me.
I'm pretty sure digital extremes is skipping the mid Gen upgrades at this point and will just update the graphics for next Gen.
Edit: also I meant to mention they have been updating the graphics like planet by planet and system by system, like how they recently updated the elemental effects a few weeks ago and they plan on doing th gas city rework shortly after this last update.
EA finally had a home run too.
The main reason I say the second game was worse was because the endgame didn't hook me whatsoever. My team beat the raid without any info or youtube only a few hours in. The weapon slots were jacked up how they designed it and the crucible was 4v4. They literally chased the casual crowd instead of the already tried and true player base. I literally quit the night we beat the raid, which was launch night of the first raid. I came back for forsaken, but I didn't like how I had to grind ...
I can't imagine what it could be.
I bet game pass is on here.
There's no way I'm falling for their tactics again. I preordered destiny and destiny 2 and the second time around it was definitely a worse game and launch than the first.
Actually looks pretty interesting.
Also @salmoade thats part of the problem. I'm actually a dex main, however it seemed like it was only strength builds or dex builds in bloodbourne and that's it. Since demons souls I've made like 10 separate builds that all hold their own and have different styles and completely different weapons. I can be a parry prick with a dagger or a strength build with a giant mace. On bloodbourne it's like two options.
So like 80% of the souls player base started with bloodbourne, so thats all they like. I started since day one with demons souls on ps3, the souls games are just developed better and I just enjoy the sense of freedom and the choice of weapons. I didn't beat bloodbourne because I got to the spider boss on the lake without dying and that's where I died initially. The game just bored me and I didn't like how it only had like 12 weapons in the game.
Also I have at l...
Because they already gave up and shut the servers down.
I honestly prefer dark souls 3 over bloodbourne too. I never finished bloodbourne, but I plat'd DS3 and DS1, and I loved demons souls and even appreciated DS2.
Rather be a white knight than someone who drinks Phil Spencer kool-aid all day.
New game engine or I won't care about anything else they release.
I'm glad they are looking into these issues, but the division 2 wasn't that bad of a launch. It was like the best launch I've seen of the mmolite genre.
Warframe is play to win.
Soul Reaver was pretty amazing too.
Because Epic gave up on everything when fortnite became better than they could have dreamed of.
Unfortunately it won't happen, or it it does, it'll probably be EA or Activision that gets the license.
