Bethesda has always been super pro Xbox anyways. They would always work on pc and Xbox mostly at the same time and then like the last week before release have like 2 people scrounge up a playstation port.
Literally it's like 10 juggernauts vs 2 or so big studios 10 years ago that are bankrupt now and got bought out by Microsoft and the rest are just either unproven or don't make good system seller games.
Going from 10 xboxs to 15 must be a huge growth for them.
They can rival EA in customer service.
Still funny that Microsoft has to release 2 ps5 exclusives lol while they still have 0 for release.
They still own the licensing to make them.
I still think Warner Brothers would have been a much better and bigger acquisition. The lord of the rings, mortal Kombat, DC, those are crazy IP.
What happened to crackdown 3 then?
I'm pretty sure if Microsoft makes them put games on gamepass they'll probably drop their usual budgets and extremely long time lines so they can pump out games in a couple years with little budget.
Maybe now Bethesda will finally make a new game engine.
Your talking about one or two lies compared to hundreds.
I do understand. My grandparents have had a 4k TV for like 8 years. Yes, some people might not have a 4k TV, but they've been selling them pretty mainstream for years and at this point it's very hard to upgrade to a new TV without buying it in 4k. 8k tvs are already selling albeit for a very high price. In a couple years 8k tvs will be around. The ps5 and series X are 8k ready. That means In a few years they will make games for it and the mid gen upgrades if they happen will be actual...
It's better. There's better games on it. Doesn't matter if they came out years ago. It makes Microsoft look bad if they can't put out games right now that look and play better than games that Sony put out years ago.
But but if I don't own a 4k TV.... People are dumb. If you're going out to buy a next gen console on release I'm pretty sure you also have a 4k TV. Stop making excuses for a 1/3 the power next gen console that has less power than consoles that came out years ago. It's the most powerful last gen console. Maybe. Idk, apparently TF matter, but sometimes they don't on Tuesday.
He said the top 100 were already compatable. He also said he wanted to get the entire 4,000+ games ready by launch.
Seems interesting and I was super surprised it was announced at a PS event.
Looked absolutely fantastic.
No, just because it's a next gen console Ubisoft, EA, Activision and others will be forced to make all third party games for all consoles including the series S first. That means all games will look worse.
Then maybe the PS5 is more powerful than the Xbox series X since TF doesn't matter.
Nah I don't think so. There were tons of leaks and briefings stating the xbox investors were pissed at the revenue and stock of the Xbox most of this gen. I'm actually surprised they were able to get the OK to buy something this large. Since this happened I'm sure they have to actually turn a profit otherwise they won't do it again. They probably still haven't actually profited directly from the mojang acquisition yet.
