I doubt all of the scalpers are subbing to ps+ on seperate accounts before they resell the boxes.
I saw the game before the delays and every time they cut more and more content out to facilitate the last Gen consoles.

Pretty much. I feel like no matter what the stuff he's said and is doing is all lies and fake cover ups to drum hype.
And that was my point lightning and captain, Sony knows their fans buy games day one on playstation, it makes their marketplace make money. They have a good chance people will buy their console, which the ps5 now makes profit per sale. On top of that, they have a much higher chance of people buying other games on the console and raking in 30% profit per sale.

OK, we can speculate all day and that's the point. It's all guessing, we don't know about a lot of things until they are officially announced by Sony. They didn't say much but this is a support studio for sure. Yes it's a porting studio, but who knows, they also helped other studios as well as guerrilla games for killzone shadowfall way back at making games run better, not just porting or that game would have been on PC as well. I'll add this, they said they had 25 million subscribers, how many of them do you think are on pc? So they lose out almost certainly on that avenue of profit from their 30% storefront cut that epic says is outrageous. Even if 5 million of those gamepass subs are on pc, look how much they are ponying up for free. They might as well go the epic games store route and just let people login for free games.
And they can lose money on every one of those 23 studios. They already said currently, and before this crazy few months of outriders and back 4 blood and before the Bethesda acquisition was finalized, that gamepass already bled money. Now their swimming in deficit spending. They get to fund games for millions of dollars, and spend millions of dollars on gamepass deals and then barely make anything for it.
Yes, but not day one. It'll most likely be a year or so after release and we're not sure if it'll be every game, or just select games. I don't think nixxes can port every game right away all the time, they aren't that big of a studio I believe and they are hiring a game director for a project. Maybe if bluepoint joins in or something though.
I would say the real problem is because games are using the kraken compression tech, as well as super fast loading like in ratchet and clank rift apart. They are targeting a certain speed on games to not have loading screens or random pop-in and loading areas like in destiny 2 for instance. So yeah, Gen 3 SSD's could work, but like they said, it might be undesirable. And if your game has a loading screen and mine doesn't, that's on you.
This is a technical test I want in on.
All they need to do is assemble them and they are guaranteed sales. That's crazy how they got them though.
Because maybe it's a strategy. Sometimes DLC is sold for money, where gamers buy it and play 20 hours of content. Sometimes it's free. We have both in this game. The multiplayer could have been 10 bucks in retrospect.
That was also them reselling, not giving away in a giveaway or promotion.
I think the problem was Xbox keeps talking about power and graphics and the cloud and all that and then they release games that look alright or outright terrible like crackdown 3. Their literally the town idiot that gets beat up because they talk crap to everyone and can't back it up. This game looks alright, but I've personally never been into halo. I wouldn't play it, but I understand why people would like it.
Sounds good. I bought this dlc a few days ago and I can't wait to check it out. Aoe has always been fun and I hope aoe 4 is good when it comes out too.
I'm sure everyone here is thrilled with anthem and mass effect Andromeda too. I will say respawn has been like their only beacon of hope it seems with EA. all the other studios they have seem to hbe ran into the ground. Now the guys that made it takes two seems to like EA, but that's about it. I think it's Hazelight.
