This guy is effectively saying the scores on metacritic and opencritic for these games are too high of a score.
I don't see how a game that scored one thing getting a DLC and "re-release" that essentially added the duelsense support, 3D audio and Japanese lip sync is scored lower. It adds to the score if anything. It's a DLC. Not a new game. If hitman 3 added the psvr support in a $10 upgrade, should the entire game be scored lower? Iki islands also added new things that weren't in the base game and the game recently got more free multiplayer maps and a new mode. Let's rescore...

Demons souls ps5 is completely separate from this and I bet will look better as it's a truly new Gen game made for one platform by bluepoint who completely remade the game and a new game engine for it as well as received help from playstation. Elden ring is made by from software who already said its the same game engine as DS3 and open world on all last Gen and current Gen platforms plus pc. I canceled my pre-order after that mess. I played two matches and probably saw 50 bugs at least. It needs a lot of work. The operator thing confused me and I just want the old classes back.
This is on the lowest spec platform. Although I want it to look amazing, we gotta be realistic. The game looks like it will run on all platforms from this, depending how intense certain fights are. I agree the latency has always been terrible in their games but at least it's more souls, one of my favorite IP's.
Well deserved. I've been slowly replaying the games directors cut on ps5 and it's crazy how good it is even a second time. Not just sound but everything. Their attention to detail is really good. The music and just overall sound of animals, combat, the flute, the wind even is incredible, especially with the duelsense.

I don't get why everyone is all saying psychonauts and deathloop are examples of Microsofts talent. They bought the studios at like 90% completion. All they did was maybe fund it a bit more, that's it. And people including them in exclusive lists is laughable. Both are on playstation and one of them is not on Xbox. It's for the duelsense controller. On ps5 and ps4 games actually, a lot of the audio your character says comes out in the duelsense and the audio from the other assassin in this game comes out in the screen for immersion. Plus noises like reloading weapons and stuff are played on the controller like it's your hands.
Funny how the weaker platform once again stabled the "most powerful console" on Alan wake though as well as had more sales. What L's? I see more games to play and more features to use.
The gimmick is gamepass and BC. I find it funny that the console that touts backwards compatability finally gets a decent remaster in Alan wake that was a great game in the past on Xbox, and they barely buy it at all. Playstation decimated the sales. KOTOR might not even go to Xbox and their mad about that, but I thought all they needed was free BC and "free" games on gamepass? That's the gimmick. I especially enjoyed replaying demons souls with the duelsense and improved graphics too. I've always said the real next Gen features are the duelsense and no loading screens or almost no loading in some games.

I do agree but what I said was also true. I'm fed up with people saying all over that Sony released 0 current Gen or "next Gen" games. I've evem seen people say that deathloop a Microsoft game now is the first next Gen game on ps5.

I agree. This game was initially touted as anthem with dragons before anthem released so it most likely was already scrapped and redone since then. Not a good sign after all their other flops. Plus they might not push loot boxes after the past few years of debacles, but looking at BF 2042, EA doesn't listen to fans. They just want to push popular modes like ubisoft.
