From what I under stood of the free DLC thing is that we will be getting free DLC for years to come, which I believe they mean the life of the PS4. And there won't be other versions of SFV, So its like a fighting game MMO without the yearly subscription right?
The core player and day 1 buyer are E-Sports player. that's at least over a 1 million day 1 sells worldwide. And with $120,000.00 on the line at capcom cup those player are not going to want to wait for some f-ing story mode to learn the character match up.

Ok umm, not talking about Dialect but the sound thats coming out of their mouth. If there is anybody who study anatomy can back me up; I believe it the mouth cavity of the skull which is the cause of the sound difference. I also believe the sound of a race are more noticeable in males than female, again this is most likely because of the skull.
As a person who grow up in a mix community, and isn't tone deaf, I have to confirm that there is a difference between race's tone in their voice. But for this actress she is passable as an English speaking black person from Europe. That being the case she doesn't sound like a South African person regardless of the race.
