I'm almost 100% FFXV is, I've just been hearing rumors of MGS V just recently. Naruto is, Batman is, FFXV wouldn't be surprising.

Ignorance. They're just people like us who make games and are trying to break into the industry. Writing them off because of their budget is insanely disrespectful to gaming as a culture.

I wouldn't be to sure about that. I can say with extreme confidence there is a DQ PS4 exclusive in the works. And I'm not talking about DQ Heroes.
Granzella have a PS4 (for 2015) and a Vita game in the works and are uploading older titles to PSN in the near future. For anyone interested.
Also Scalebound and Crackdown have not been announced to release in 2015, because they most likely won't. The Gears Collection is probably happening, but has not been announced as far as I know.

The PS4 dropped by half because the DQ PS4 hardware was released last week and did 38k itself.

Interesting note: Fantasia: Music Evolved tracked way under 10k it's first month. I think it was 4k.
Let's break this down.
Xbox One games overall have a 0.4 higher average, while the PS4 has 48+ games released for it that are not on Xbox One. The Wii U has the highest rated exclusives, but the lowest average rating and the lowest amount of games.

They're making a PS4 game, a Vita game and uploading titles to PSN shortly.
The Xbox One is behind the PS4 in the US, UK and every other gaming market in the world. Except China, but that's because the PS4 hasn't launched yet. Maybe Brazil too, the last I heard the price of the PS4 there was your soul. The PS4 could be leading there too though. So stick to China, for now.
It's time to get these kids parents involved.
