The ps4 has been on sale since e3 as well. I can get one just as cheap as an og xbox one. But xbox has more value bundles to be fair but thats normal.
I see real people in the real world are happy with xbox e3 and are investing in xbox getting ready for scorpio. Those that ddnt want to wait for the S jumpd on the deals.

Xb1s just looks better than regular xb1 for some reason and itl upscale to 4k now if u got the tv and looks so much better than just the tv dealing with 1080p input and upscaling itself.
Difference between 1080p and 4k is much MUCH bigger and all games on xb1 will work better on scorpio next year with higher reso...
