Creating 'shell' companies that are operating at losses, that have nowhere near the assets to cover the costs and adding little bits of text saying they can close said 'shell' companies and not have to fulfill any of the rewards (as you had the agreement with the 'shell' company) yet Tim can keep the money regardless. ...
It always happens with new copy protections, it takes the cracking groups a while to learn, but as soon as they figure out how it works then every game using that protection is compromised.
I remember how it took about 2 years for for Splinter Cell Chaos Theory to receive a crack due to the 'uncrackable starforce', then RELOADED went and released a full 'how to' on how the protection worked and cracks appeared for just about every game using it.
Erm... new releases in the UK are £54.99, which is far higher than $59.99 :/

Stealing is defined as something being taken from someone so that they no longer have it. When a game is pirated, the original company still has it so it isn't stealing.

I too originally was jumping at the chance to back it, then after reading the small print, I got the hell away from it, as would any sane person.
I feel sorry for all the backers who Tim will eventually screw over with this scam :/

Tic Toc Games can kiss my ass, they still haven't even bothered to give the game to the KS backers outside of the US, and they ignore any questions regarding it. 6 months we've been damn well ignored >:(
Steams a total mess for me at the min, the search function barely works :/ 3 hours to navigate 26 pages of sales, I gave up after that, was sick of refreshing.
Ever since Black Friday almost like clockwork, myself and my friends get logged out guaranteed between 6pm and 8pm every day :/

I really couldn't care less if the main character is a man, woman, black, white, asian, dog, cat, fish, alien etc
as long as the game is good I'll play it regardless of the lead character.
IMO too much focus has been put on 'oh look it's a female assassin' :/

Rogue Galaxy was one of those dual layer discs that was very tempremental in PS2's, I got lucky in my PS2 had no problems. The GF on the other hand.... 3 different copies would not work in her PS3 XD
