After reading the whole article, all I have to say is remember who started this tactic last gen.... not so nice now the shoe is on the other foot is it? So don't blame Sony for this, they're just doing exactly what MS did last gen.
I think this whole practice should stop entirely, it's BS, everyone pays the same everyone should get the content at the same time (and yes that includes games that are on console and PC)

Well if they can't handle it, then they shouldn't be doing it. It's been how many games now and yet they still release broken crap? Hire some better coders, employ some QC, hell ditch that bag of crap Gamebryo engine..... but no they don't they make the same mistakes every time and don't care what they put out as they know people will buy it regardless of the state.
Even other open world games from other companies are nowhere near as broken :/
Bethesda have never been one of the greatest developers, they release some of the glitchiest, buggiest and downright broken games in existence.
I have a huge issue with Devolver Digital, they are so damn slow to release the patches for the games they publish :/

While that should be true, a while back I tried to deactivate my PS3's via the PC account method. Instead of deactivating the PS3's it deactivated my PS4 (causing a few issues), when I phoned them they even stated that it was impossible and I was wrong..... that is until I made them look into it XD They couldn't understand how, but after a week (yeah that's a long ass time) they eventually sorted it :)
You say that but there are too many suckers out there who will still buy the latest Bethesda game or Ubi game etc knowing full well there will be issues for a long time :/
I couldn't stand the dub, some characters were just ear piercingly bad, but each to their own :)
Oh god, Legaia 2 is bringing back memories of the impossible rice field patch :( Never did get the item for that, from what I remember it was impossible in the EU version. Will still be buying it though :)

Street Fighter bombed due to it being an incomplete barebones game that was rushed out just for that tournament (can't remember it's name) and everyone knew it was a waste of money at the time.

That's probably not a good idea, the cheats negate certain things like for example earning xp. Now I'm not sure if they affect this trophy, however personally I wouldn't risk it, imagine going through the first few planets and realising the enemies you've groovitroned didn't count, you'd have to finish the game again for the one time only enemies to respawn.
1v1 Private games count towards the ranking ;) Makes it far easier with fewer people competing for the trophy now :)
That's odd, it never reset on me, I only needed the enemies off the first 2 planets and my trophy popped. Are you sure you haven't overlooked one?

I don't understand why people find Hardcore so difficult, I mostly used the Force Gun, at close range it's devastating :)
I backed the kickstarter and I've definitely got a physical coming, so here's hoping they do a mass release :)
