If it turns out to be another Pro SJW game like Dragon age inquisition was then I'm not buying. The characters in that game made no sense. The qunari did not follow qunari lore and most characters were dull and just in your face about society's current beliefs.

You are correct. However you will have a lot of people like @kaizokuspy and @clunkyd who know very little about pc and assume it' super expensive to build a machine more powerful then the consoles.

If that were the case then cod is the best game out there or gta.
It's funny. I like both games and have never considered these two games to be similar. Unless having moments when you run for your life means it's a direct copy. But other games have done that in the past.
Uncharted is linear cover based shooter with a stronger focus on story and characters.
Tomb raider is metroidvania open sanboxy shooter with rpg elements and a decent amount of focus on story.
