Of course but the longer the content of the game, the fewer used copies sold early on which leads to better new copies sales.

Microsoft have an amazing lineup of games, WHY would they shoot themselves on the foot with the DRM, used games restriction and the expensive price? Games weren't an issue.

Am not saying you aren't right, but let's admit that Nintendo competitors have an overwhelming amount of these kind of games. Sure some are new IPs but they basically follow the same formula.
