I got MGS5 today and loving it, servers on PS4 are still offline and the day one patch isn't available yet.
Saw a Mad Max stream yesterday and it seems like another open world "go here do this, go there do that",... From what I saw is very average and repetitive but the whole game might be different. My decision is not to buy Mad Max at full price.
Off to MicroMania to get my copy :D see ya later f**kers :D

And to be totally honest the Witcher 3 runs bad on both... Not a really good performance on any of the consoles.
There's Resogun... MKX does that... Diablo 3 too... PES... Metro Redux.. MGS Ground Zeroes... Wolfenstein... Warframe... I can name more if you want? There are lots of 1080p 60fps games on the PS4.

You're talking about a game (MGS5) without the day one patch but I can give you tons of games that run way better on PS4 in 2015, not even looking at 2013/2014:
Project Cars, F1 2015, MKX, Arkham Knight, ESO, Dark Souls 2, Borderlands HC, BF Hardline, Evolve, ...
The more the merrier I guess... not a FTP fan but bring it on :)
I actually agree with you, Steam needs to have "someone" to keep them in "check". Steam nowadays is "too big to fail" and that needs to change.
What I meant is that after all that "niceness" towards Steam, MS wants a piece of that pie and I believe that they're going for it sooner than most people think.

The durantion is a stupid complain but, with that said, everything else is a huge let down from the 2nd one. Where are the good and difficult puzzles? Where's the interesting and captivating story?
Trine 2 is brilliant, they tried to go all out on 3D and being NEXT GEN... Trine is not about that, it's about the narrative, good characters, beautiful environments, great co-op and really well made puzzles.
Whoever thinks MS will play nice with Steam needs to get their head outta their @ss!! MS never plays nice with other companies, just ask Sega how well their deal went... Or even apple, Ibm etc back in the day. MS is coming for Steam mark my words.

Some Remasters are quite lazy but this is a Remake, quite a difference.
BTW having this Gears Remake campaign runing at 30fps is lazy too.

Yeah saw a bit of a live stream and it looks like fun, specially if you play with other people around you and mess around with the choices.
BTW Polygon gave it a 6.5... What else is new lol
I think it looks good. The AI seems to be as dumb as it was back then but still not too bad.
My problem with this remaster is being 30fps... There's no reason for a remaster to be 30fps - I know MP is 60fps, but still doesn't make sense to have the campaign capped at 30fps.
Anyway for Gears fans this is a good game.
Agree 10000%! The cut scenes are the soul of MGS universe and the gameplay is the heart.
I'm very concearned about the " Sparse story"... I'm sick and tired of open world games that have a "sparse story"! -Just go here do this, go there do that- Here's a little bit of story, now, rinse and repeat! This is the reason why I didn't finish Farcry4, no decent story whatsoever....
Hope MGS5 story is still strong, because if it's mostly on audi...
I do agree with you, playing with friends is gonna be a really good experience, the gameplay\gunplay is top notch.
Playing the beta made me like this game and I usually don't even look at COD games. Haven't bought one in years and I'm thinking about getting this one.
Still I do prefer playing Conquest on BF4, I prefer playing objectives over death match types of games.
Hope BattleFront doesn't let me down.
Such a shame, the 2nd Trine is the co-op game that I most play with my girlfriend. The puzzles and story telling are brilliant :)
Hope they can make a 4th one and go back to what made the game great.
