The way the annual rate of hardware sales continues to decline it makes me wonder if this evidently extended console generation (going on 5 and 6 years) has been the best move for all parties involved. I don't think one can dismiss this as simply a result of a poor economy since entertainment products like video games often do quite well despite (or perhaps even because of) recessions.

Yup, this game might be getting GOTY this year. Batman Arkham City is pumping out 10s like crazy. It's sitting at 98 on metacritic! O.O

I like how ND really tries to get everyone to play more as a team rather than go lone wolf. Can't wait to play UC3.

^Lol, same here. The recent tweets from the guy playing at Gamesradar is making the wait so painful for me. :( Said it was in his top three favorite games this gen.
Sweet, I can't wait to play this. In UC2, it felt like I was playing as an action star in a movie. I want more of that cinematic experience in UC3.
Edit: Btw, UC2 had 90 minutes of cutscenes.

I'm doing the same man. N4G gets real bad sometimes. I had Heavy Rain, Final Fantasy 13 spoiled for me and MGS4 partially spoiled by some loyalists.
