Another review, another sweet score. Nothing but praise from the review, also submitter, it's not 9/10 it's 4.5/5.

Edit: Slight spoilers about some level guys as far as climbing and takedowns.

@ Ezio I didn't. I think UC2 got a 9 from here as well as GeOW3.

I hope so, I thought HS was awesome.

UC3 looks amazing.

So, AOTF says the A.I for both suck (due to difficulty setting changes). But yeah, I agree with them, both are good games in their own right. No need for the "King" articles.

That was kinda an weird review, you would think that they were playing Splinter Cell the way they talked about stealth (as if that was the main aspect of the UC series). The linear part was kinda off as well (they wanted an open world experience lol). Good score though, I would still have gotten the game if they scored it a 2.

Great score, but even if it got a bad score from this reviewer, I would still buy it anyway.

"When has SALES=QUALITY?"

Since the beginning of this gen. That's why we still to this day see "360 is better than the PS3" whenever hardware sales numbers comes up (completely ignoring the Wii) and "Gears is better than UC" whenever scores are compared.

@ Ford

VGchartz? That 5.5 million statement was officially released by Sony, VGchartz actually had them at 3.5 million at the time. ...

That's weird the racing gamer community doesn't agree with the reviewers so far if you count sales as votes with money. F4 sold 500,000 **WW** in a week, GT5 sold 500,000 in **America** alone as well as 5.5 million WW in 12 days....

But that doesn't matter, if reviewers say it's the king, then it's the king.

Sweet score. The reviews are looking good so far. Wonder why they thought it was short? Most of the earlier reviews rounded it off at being completed in 8-12 hours depending on your play style (3 hours if you speed through lol).

Edit: @ psb Earlier reviewers, as well as Greg Miller (IGN, podcast) and Nowgamer mentioned in tweets that it was about the same length as Uncharted 2.

In ND we trust, but I didn't find the boss fights annoying in UC2 (Helicopter chase/fight, Laz armored henchmen, Yeti creature). I kinda enjoyed them.

Edit: Yeah, the last boss fight was just "ok" to me. Needed a little more to it imo.

Media blackout time! Kinda surprised that footage leaked so soon. I gotta be careful.

Edit: Also watch out for those fake PMs asking for help. That's how some guy spoiled Heavy Rain for me.

@ maniac

Really? Kotaku just made an article hinting that you shouldn't buy UC3 since it had an online pass. Some guy made a website 8 months in advance to give UC3 a 7.5, a few articles mention that since UC3 got a 9.4 from one magazine's review that it won't be as good as most thought, and now this. That why I said that I noticed what disturbing was talking about.

5374d ago 15 agree4 disagreeView comment

Lol, the so called glitches are so minor that you probably wouldn't notice (Shadows supposedly look strange) and half aren't even glitches. I agree with disturbing, I though GB was talking about the overall campaign but he just talking about the 6 minute leaked footage.

Edit: Also from the uploader

"There is nothing wrong with the game only three times I was caught because I watched the environment :) so I cut the clip"

"Okay, so why did you just edit your comment? Dude just admit it, you got caught lol. Don't understand why people are overly defensive of Uncharted on this site."

I edited my comment? Yeah, to reply to you and Alpha. That line you snag is even still there. I don't know why you get overly sensitive when people discuss the Uncharted series :/

Edit: "Your B.S", "You and I know what happened". Are you kidding me? Lmao, Wow.

When did 10 hour SP mode games become the standard for short games?

Edit: @ Alpha

UC3 has good multiplayer as well as coop, so don't worry. A journalist from Kotaku recently stated that he or you shouldn't buy UC3 since it has an online pass though (guess 60 dollars was too much for him lol). I swear it's like the media is trying to find any reason they can for people not to buy UC3 sometimes.

Nice, it does seem to get better after each game. Character model wise as well as the level detail. Someone posted two new videos from the campaign earlier today and by just going off of all the "OMG" "Amazing level", it must be something else.

@ digital and Cerbus We don't really know anything yet till the big PS devs get their kits of this to try it out to see if it works or is legit.

Also at digital's comment just below, it took the devs 8 months if this is true and Sony I believe, 1 month to stop the jailbreakers with the 3.60 update. If they manage to keep these dongles from Sony than maybe it'll last longer (Wishful thinking though, Sony probably bought one now lol).

@ digital

Yeah, currently they may or may not found an exploit to play 3.60+ games (They don't have the 3.60+ keys tho, so only 3.55 users can use it and you can't go online to PSN either). Mess up part about this is that you have to buy the original game disk or a backup disc made by them for $20 bucks lol.

Edit: Also, since they don't have the keys, it is very possible for Sony to patch the exploit. Good note though is that you might be able to ...

@ SixShot

According to the reviews, Alan Wake got rated down because the "light combat" got repetitive and some felt like the story ended weak (no real answers) and SC: Conviction because it could be completed in 6 hours (I do feel like the reviewers were wrong here because most rushed through and SC had a multiplayer mode anyway. More replay value). Had nothing to do with development time lol.

On topic, I think GT5 got robbed. Everything looked be...
