I think it's just a mix of fanboys and the typical anti Sony media for the most part. I'm glad that neogaf has been real responsive as far as clearing up the bs lies though.
Edit: Lol, I think the Engadget site trolled the hardest when they said that Sony gave an apology for the "mass" PS Vita freezes when in reality, the Japanese blog were apologising for their phones being down and made no mention of anything Vita or even gaming related. The sad part of i...
Lol, that "you can't get trophies for used game" bs is still going around. Just like the new rumor that alot of people are having trouble with their PS Vita and that Sony apologised (Sony was talking about their phones but since it was in Japanese, engadget totally lied for hits and said they were talking about the Vita).

@ El Barto
Sony never said they shipped 700,000. It was started as a rumor by the media. Also how is 325,000 units sold in "two days" bad?
Wow, these really are some good scores. Can't wait till Feb.
Edit: @ rblue
Word. Fifa is coming out as well, can't wait for that. Heard the online is really smooth for the Vita too, almost no lag while playing online according to twenty on neogaf. I'll get the youtube link.
Edit: Here it is.

Great deal for those who don't have a PS3.
"It'll be interesting to see if similar action is taken against Microsoft, who also recently added similar clauses to its Xbox Live ToS to prevent class action lawsuits."
I wouldn't be surprised lol.
Lol wait, wasn't this already sorted that you still could sue Sony if you wanted to awhile back? Just not as a group (class action) but as a individual? Times must be rough in the US.
Lol, true. I also like how he lists that freeze as a problem when all you have to do is press the power down to restart the PS Vita to come out of the freeze. The touchscreen problem was sorted out as well on neogaf (You can't use touchscreen on some PSN, PS1, PSP games).
Hey Sev (since you're responding), what's been up with the site lately when it comes to news? I think three days back your site said that you couldn't get trophies for used games when in reality, you can (If you buy a game card used, you can reset it to factory settings which will erase any save data, and then you can earn trophies on a new ID / machine. Wait, how is 85% of Wifi, 65% of 3G sold a failure for Sony? Plus Sony just recently sent out 200,000 more Vitas so of course it's not sold out or not available for people. Looks like the media is at it again.
Edit: Bookmarking this article for tomorrow.
Nvm, I thought he meant that the PS remote feature didn't work at first (I literally just got off of youtube after watching a guy play PSN games through Remote Play lol). Yeah, PS remote works for only some PS3/PS1/PSN games now but like the author said, it should sort out by the time it releases in the US.
$250 is the right price for me.
Edit: Funny how $250 wasn't high when the 3DS was priced that.
Looks like they sold well. Think the handheld race between the PS Vita and 3DS will be closer than the PSP and DS as far as the gap between the two goes? Both seem pretty solid.
Mmm, I think Sony sold about 570,000 PS Vitas. I think they should've shipped a hundred thousand extra Vitas instead of the two hundred thousand which might be why some stores still have some left. We'll have the numbers when Media Create gives them though.
Edit: Btw, how many 3DS were sold when it launched in Japan?
Yeah, cross game chat works for only some games right now, but when it works it's smooth going off of the neogaf livestreams. Hopefully it'll be worked out by US launch in Feb.
Double post but I didn't expect the cartridges to load faster. Cool.
Very very nice. Can't wait to pick up a Vita, I was so close to importing it yesterday from playasia lol.
“It’s the PS3 in the palm of your hands. The PS3 version of FIFA pushes PS3 to its limits and obviously the PS3 is more powerful then Vita so getting PS3 quality on Vita was tough. But there isn’t much of a difference in the end. You won’t notice any difference."
"The touchscreen controller lets you tap a player to control him, which is faster than having to cycle through each player by pressing controller buttons. You can tap and hold to loft the ball, or tap...
@ Iamback
If I remember correctly, the PS3 only did 88,000 in Japan after two days of being out (Wii- 371936, and the PS2- 630,552) which causes a few funny threads across the web flaunting that the PS3 flopped in Japan. Hardware didn't sell out like most expected and a pricecut followed a little after (I still think it was because of the price at the time for the low sales). But I agree, let's just wait for a few more weeks.

Looks like the guy is stuck in the PSP emulator mode which allows you to use some unsigned codes from the PSP days (Hello World). I wonder if this guy is trying to "exploit" his Vita.
