What dts has stated is that ps4 will support 'streamed' 7.1 audio, and judging the amount of data it takes up on a bluray i suspect you will have to have a pretty good connection to make use of it
Jesus, the xbox 1 supports 7.1 and dts output via hdmi, no optical output supports 7.1 on any device!
At launch the xb1 cannot pass 5.1 from a cable box, to be patched asap.

it uses less power than ps4 in practically every task except stand by according to digital foundry but the op fails to mention that.

ps4 consumes more power when gaming,idle,playing blu rays and installing.

just watched the gamespot pre launch live feed of ryse, looked amazing and the guys playing seemed pretty impressed too, theres more there than just hack n slash, was pleasantly surprised...

Yeh, i mean great games on both platforms, xb1 is my lead at mo but sign me up for ps4 second son bundle! Games are games lets stop hating.
what a stupid comment, why dont you wait till the game is out before you make assumptions, the game looks amazing, the production value is ridiculous, they should be commended for what they have achieved, the acting the visuals all look first class.

Guys, im surprised no one has noticed this but at around 1hr 18mins in on the latest vergecast one of the team states that titanfall whether that be a sequel or not will never come to ps4. He states that microsoft has bought the whole thing!
