I dont even think the Motion Controls were that bad in Lair , it certainly didn't make the game unplayable , but I agree they should have made it an option , especially during air combat.
the targeting system was a huge problem , trying to master those 180 turns also was a B!tch and the repetitive mission..
other wise it was an ok..game..
the media just ripped it to pieces ...graphics still look good btw..
I agree Rogue Squadron was one of the best Launch games..i've played..
I wonder what game got cancelled since I didn't read any info about Factor 5 making another game..

The difference back then is that Square was known as Squaresoft
ever since they merged with Enix...things have been going downhill..
They've added more color..which is a good/bad thing..
the lighting is better and animations has improved....

well I guess your right , but at the end of the day Sony/M4/Nintendo has a business to run and when your facing stiff competition from all angles you have to make sure that yur product has something that the others doesn't..
and you can't expect a Comapny to rely soley on 1sdt party games hence the deciding factor when it comes to games on each console would be rather slim..

the 360 will do just fine in 2009 , it may not have as much exclusive games as the PS3 , but to think that M$ has no games under-wrapped either is just dumb..
But whats the sense of having 3 different consoles on the Market if you can't point out games to distinguish them all..
I hope Level 5 and Sony strike a multi-game contract....for because I really like all of Level 5 games....and just to be a lil fanboyish since M$ is stuffing SE pockets with cash , Sony should just hire the best RPG makers in the biz to work on there console exclusively..^.^

maybe because M$ themselves stated they wont be dropping the Price for awhile..which I take with a grain of salt..
@ Bladestar you really think M$ is just gonna keep dropping the price of the 360 just to counter the PS3....they do have a business to run and they are losing alot of money on the 360 already..
and even when the PS3 was twice as expensive as the 360 it still outsold it for majority of the year until that desperate price cut in September..
