The PS3 still doing good numbers...the PSP is selling well also..good news for Sony
I thought Wiifit would have moved more Wii's than that..ohh well...curious to see next week PS3 sales..will look like
I can see GTAV beign a timed exclusive the same way the PS2 had the timed exclusivity..over the xbox..but anyone thinking this game won't evr grace the 360 is delusional...every GTA that was made for the PS2 eventually went on to xbox...but GTA4 was also suppose to be a timed PS3 exclusive but Sony didn't act immediaely on it so now it's multi-plat.. I think GTAv will be a PS3 timed exclusive..
UMM no Dreamcast 2 not needed....can we get some of the classc games on the PSN though..plz..!!..
dude GTA4 has good graphics...the GTA series was never known for mind-blowing graphics...look at GTA:San Andreas compared to GOW2..both are PS2 games but one looks like a generation ahead of the other
considering the size of this game and all that's going on all at once in the city..Rockstar has to balance out everything pretty smoothly to avoid..slow downs..glitches..etc..
Gameplay is what matters in games like these not graphics..
you say you've played the game...you rented it..huh...it's just a tomb raider game with a guy...wow...I guess I played another game with the same name huh..cuz I could't really find much to compare Uncharted to Tomb Raider..other than they're both looking for a treasre...and half way through the game..the plot changes dramatically..
have fun with the flop that will be Splinter Cell Conviction while us PS3 owners will enjoy the greatness that will be MGS4.. btw it's actually co...
I agree Solar I never would have guessed the atmosphere of the game would take such a drastic change..when that thing grabbed Eddie I was like like..wait..is this RE:4..??...so for this alone no-one can say the game is too predictable....
How did Lair turnout..??
Cuz I played the game..and the biggest gripe that reviewers had was the control...and alot of ppl who actually played the game will tell you that the motion controlls work just fine..once you get use to it..
it had a few repetitve missons..and a bad targetting system...and alot of games...that get high 8's and 9's..have bigger probs..ala Assassins Creed and Mass Effect..!!
But DVD players didn't reach $99..at the rate of HD-DVD's..seems like one is hanging on for dear life..!!

dude Gears had good graphics..at the time of it's release...and it didn't even leap bounds over what RFOM(a launch title) was offering at the time..it just looked marginally better
almost every PS3 exclusive released this year has already surpassed Gears graphically...just go look at Uncharted..Heavenly Sword...R&C..Lair....and see...!!

The PS3 is selling well and the 360 has competiton unlike last year even though the PS2 kicked it's ass..it will be very close between he PS3 and the 360 this holiday..typical M$ to go run off there mouth spreading FUD..
and why does M$ only talk about NA sales ?..is it because they know they will get steppd...

It was made clear from day one that Uncharted will have no online play...this game doesn't need online play..it's a great game..
jeez..if you wan't online play go with Warhawk...sometimes I like to enjoy a single player game with a good story and interesting characters...Online play is not needed in a game to make it enjoyable...!..and Uncharted has alot of replay value also..
dude you haven't played Uncharted based ur comments..next this game has nothing in common with Tomb Raider other than both main characters are Treasure hunters..and they explore jungles and underground caves..nothing else in common...how about we start comparing it to RE:4..makes more sense to me..
Uncharted isn't 7hrs also..I doubt you'll be able to finish this game on easy in 7hrs..this isn't Halo 3.....and alot of great games don't have multiplayer..online play is not for ev...
