Bought the VR variety kit. Enjoyed building and messing around with all the contraptions. For the price of entry, I feel like I've definitely gotten my moneys worth. Zelda/Mario stuff is okay so far, nothing to rave about.

You can't be mad that Nintendo is a creative and inventive company that can create "magical" experiences. Not to downplay VR efforts from others, but there isn't much of anything that really capitalizes on the VR experience yet... its all FPS and simulators, with nothing new from a non-VR version other than having the user control the camera with their head.
How about games are as accessible as the people who made them wanted them to be, and then the people who want to finish those games deal with playing at the required level to do so?
