It seems all Guerilla Games talks about is how good the graphics/physics/animations are and have actually yet to really see a dev say something (other than the cover system) that actually brings something new to FPS. It seems their main focus is for the game to look awesome rather than play awesome (which is not good at all). So far R2 looks 5000x better than this and as of now I really don't see KZ2 doing that much better than its predecessor.

This game is way more hyped than MGS3. Hell, it's bundled with the PS3, which will SIGNIFICANTLY increase the user base. Even the reviews say this is the best MGS. I know a few people who are xbox fans and are waiting for this to get a PS3. This game will sell in the high millions
I hate haze not really because of gameplay but the glitches and the stupid maps.
The sad thing is really rhat R2 prob will be better than Halo 3 in terms of features and gameplay, but will not be highly rated as halo 3 just because of the name.
This isn't to say halo 3 is a bad game. I personally love it, but to say it's GOTY and be super hyped is way over the line

they did mess up the LE. there is no reason to get an inferior console to the standard edition 80gb and pay more, for a different pain job and a special edition game. i thought the standard edition was plain genius but the LE is retarded. it baffles me on how many pre-orders this getting though.

Yes the graphics are amazing, but the gameplay doesnt look too amazing and each of the videos are using the same damn weapon! I'll wait till E3 though to make a real judgment. I wonder what the multiplayer features will be though.
The FPS I'm really looking forward to though is R2. That truly looks like an amazing game and there is a lot more info behind it. Plus RFoM was a really good game and KZ1 sucked.

R2 will have 60 players but it wont be 60 players running around like chickens with their head cut off (at least in team objective modes). Each team will be assigned different squads (like from 4 - 8 people) and each squad will have a rival squad and they compete for dynamic objectives. Ive never seen this type of play before and sounds very interesting. rare was never part of nintendo, they were 2nd party. i never knew why nintendo never bought rare. and out of the blue MS just buys rare (just like bungie). the only game that seems to interest me that rare made for 360 is banjo kazooie. but nonetheless the line up for 360 seems to be good. ill be buying GeoW 2 and (probably) Banjo.
