Ya everyone I know who has a wii, the last time they truly played it is when SSBB came out.
Ya I have all 3 systems and the wii is a terrible system. There is nothing on there except the occasional SSBB and when your bored, trying to get homebrew on there.

You cannot patent an idea, only a way to "do" the idea. The idea is "in game music". MS's way to do this is to do OS based music, which they patented. Sony's way to do this is have the dev's patch it in.
Plus why wouldn't give out their "earlier" version of the firmware which allowed this?

The DS3 came out in November (in Japan anyway) and now basically most ps3 games have rumble. It should have been expected this will take time. I personally cant wait for the warhawk trophies :)
How is the architecture for the PC and 360 similar? PC uses Intel processors and 360 uses a processor based off IBM tech. Sure the software to program might be similar, but that doesn't mean a port to PS3 is that much harder. Code would still have to be written for 360, just not as much as the PS3.
Plus to do cross platform play, it would be WAY easier on PS3 seeing that has an open network unlike 360. To get it working on 360 they would have to work out a deal with MS, which...
This is complete and total uneducated speculation. If anything, the PS3 would be more suited than the 360 for PC/console cross platform play. It only works well for the 360 if the PC version uses Live servers, i.e. Shadowrun but since Blizzard uses their own servers and the PS3, unlike the 360 is allowed to use 3rd party servers.
However if it were coming to consoles it would be guaranteed to be PS3/360. If it was to have cross platform play I am sure something between Blizz...
They said initially Sony will not make it mandatory so as not to impede with a game far in development but at some point Sony will make them required.
And BTW why wouldn't 3rd parties make them? They make achievements for the 360.....
