offffff....ouch.
botw by a long shot. that game is the only well designed open world game so far. every other open world was nothing but a copy paste horizontal plane with a few heights here and there. not to mention having most of the entire world to be climable kind of makes other open worlds look lazy. that feat alone shook the industry since no one has even a shred of that type of creativity in game design to make that possible.
good. garbage should always remain where it belongs, in the trashbins.
they should just rip off dark souls' bloodstain mechanic. half the industry already did anyway.
day one, even if it turned out to be bad (which is EXTREMELY unlikely). we need to support competent devs from now on. throw your money ppl!
nope. take better care of your marketing budget. cdprojectred dumped 40million bucks on marketing alone, and the profit they ended up with speaks for itself. devs and publishers need to be realistic in their expectations and plan their budget accordingly. many competent devs have already done this since the beggining of this industry. and many devs always will. the gaming industry has grown strong enough to rival the movie industry in a fraction of the time it took for the latter to florish. ...
why you can go eat a cactus pickled in ethenol.
i bet you its bioware.
not for long. if the 1st game is any indication this game wont last long. especially given its "great" reception. and thats good! since garbage shouldnt last long anyways.
lol thats what happened to the 1st game junior. if anyone needs reality checks here its you junior :)
theres a reason no one is taking you seriously. because you dont really know what youre talking about and are part of the problem. go figure.
it probably will, given how this is some of the biggest controversies since no mans sky. at the very least all this stuff will smack down the projected sales figures EA were expecting, that doesnt mean it wont be profitable i know. but lets not kid ourselves, they actually temp turned off MTs. that alone speaks volumes considering they are losing a buttload of potential revenue just to mitigate the backlash. they are shaken up from this ordeal, and they should be.
keep up the pressure ppl!
i think the writer needs a dictionary and some critical thought. they should also check out the meaning of the word exploitation.
...seriously? i "wouldve loved" it if reviews dont factor in garbage game design, alas, i live in the real world. apparently dice and EA need a few lessons regarding reality.
probably true. but the simple fact that they will lose potential profits for however long theyre planning to keep it off, is astounding to me. it shows that they are actually hesitant and the size of the controversy shook them up abit. lets keep the pressure up, sooner than later MTs will take a huge hit at how they are viewed. for the children that say it will never be remedied, i say you are naive for giving up so soon, and you are part of the problem.
"why i was paid to write this talentless article" FTFY
naaah. i found the controls to be atrocious and the world to be rather dull. its the worst mainline zelda game ive ever played.
well im not gullible enough to buy this game because i vote with my wallet. the article writer is very naive if he actually thinks this is meaningless.
pretty sure the games sales and profits wont reach their expectations. that doesnt mean it wont be very profitable though i agree. but im sure this is more than enough to shake them up.
