Not sure why anyone expected these features. To me personally, I've never understood the appeal of these type of "consoles" as they are very limited in the software they offer. I think one would be better off hunting the original platform and enjoy the games like that, but that's just me.

Wow so i just had to take a moment to express how impressed i am with this title. playing it at 4k maxed settings on pc and it doesnt budge away from 60 FPS, and honestly, im sitting 3 feet away, with my 65 HDr mounted on a wall, just leaning back in my recliner and honeslty, the intro demo alone, going through the seasons, had me saying wow quite a few times and chuckling to myself involuntarily lol. this is going to be a blast!

I don't know if I'd personally go that far, Nintendo does have an stellar track record with first party titles and talent, but if we are to scrutinize it closer I would say that, most of their top tier games are based on proven franchises.
