Recently played it after the major updates fixed and changed the game. 10/10 god damn masterpiece
Online and multiplayer trophies should be optional and not counted towards the platinum. Lord knows if you play a game with dead MP and you have only the online trophies left you’re screwed
VI was a masterpiece and so was VII but I think it’s better to rebuild the love for the FF franchise after XV ruined it. People might ignore a VI remake if they fee jaded by Square but a VII is a sure sell
I keep mind at the office for when I’m on creative breaks to play FFVII or Toukiden with
Death Stranding was a massive open world and the graphics were amazing. Almost next gen, yet no fps drop. The problem I think is just memory allocation or developers not knowledgeable enough to make it work.
FFXV was incredibly open yet empty and boring. No one wants an open world FF game they want structure and some accessibility and traversal which FF7R provides. The area is open enough to allow side quest and movement but contained enough to not fill devoid of identity and gives players a feeling of focus
Capcom probably shelved it seeing as they are more concern with RE remakes and what not, even an Onimusha remake and some more Monster Hunter Stuff is in the plannings so it’s gonna be a longgggg time till we see deep down. Maybe never or maybe the graphics was just so good in the trailer they figured they should wait till rhe PS5 to do it
I hope the next two parts comes out as DLCs for like $39.99 add one rather than full games

You could argue that for RE2 but it got one and did great. The team in charge of that should do it for RE4 and see if they can capture lightning in a bottle twice
RE3 was never a good game in the series so the remake being bad can be forgiven. RE4 on the other hand is a great game and a best seller so you know Capcom won’t be ducking around and make a shoddy product, they’ll put been more resources and effort into it than RE2
Code Veronica isn’t a seller so why bother. RE4 is a numbered RE game and it is the best in the series so of course they’re gonna make this one first plus if it does well they will explore more remakes and eventually you CV fanboys will get your wish
All parts will be done by 2024 at the latest. Part 1 took so long because they had to remade the assets from the PS3 version and updated it for PS4. Since they don’t have to do that for part 2 and 3 they could easily just spend a year on one game and release them consecutively
3 yrs isn’t that long, if you could wait for Doom eternal for 4 yrs after Doom reboot then anything is possible
The game becomes a hack and slash on easy, enemies even bosses fall from just simple attacks like in a Koei game. So if you do play it on easy mode just know you won’t get any entertainment value out of it. On normal bosses are real challenges and require actual strategy and patient to defeat.
That’s why it’s called easy mode you bafoon
Think of it he same way as LOTRs and how that story was split up into three books/movies. FFVII will be a massive story told in two or three parts I’m guessing three but they could push it for four depending on how much they want to explore each character’s personality
