Here to back you up about DCVR. I bought that game at launch and it was back at GameStop within 20 minutes. Holy crap it looked bad, especially compared to the standard game. It looked like Pole Position. I know, I’m heavily exaggerating, but it was atrocious. It sent me right back to RE7, where that game still reigns supreme, as best PSVR game.
If I only owned an Xbox, I’d be pretty pissed about these offerings. Thankfully, I have the other two to keep me busy. So I’m not bothered. But on the other hand, it is a crap month.
Bujingai. One of the greatest fighting mechanics in any game. Ever. Can’t believe it hasn’t been copied, let alone given a sequel or remaster. The fights were truly beautiful to watch. People watching me play kept saying “Wow...”
$25 BUCKS?!?! I love me some Grid, but that’s a big NO right there.

Dragon’s Dogma. At the time, I didn’t even know if I liked the game, but I noticed that I been playing for a while. I checked my time and I was 60+ hours in. Then said to myself “holy shit... I guess I like it.” And continued on to a 320 hour obsession.
I’m tired of 1st person shooters is all. I’ve been playing games since Pit Fall and ever since the FPS genre was created, I’ve been playing them. They’ve finally worn out their welcome. I’m sure Metro will be a good/great game. I’m just over the genre.

I platinum(ed) this game on PS4 Pro and if it looks better on the X, that just might be a weak enough excuse for me to double dip. There were a couple of instances where the game does a good job of making you feel like complete shit. Honestly, it really is, just a well made game. It’s combat is nowhere near as good as Bayonetta’s though. It’s a bit watered down by comparison.
Thank god they kept the gator. Can’t wait to see what it looks like.
Not feeling Leon’s booty chin. That’s my only complaint.

As far as MS’s showing is concerned, I will say this, they didn’t embarrass themselves. It was solid. Not “fantastic”. Solid. EA on the other hand...

So, you’re complaining about outdated aesthetics and game mechanics that the developers deliberately aimed for? Strange. If they weren’t going for that and this was the end result, I’d understand you’re complaint. Otherwise, it just seems you’re pissed that the game is scoring well. I suggest not buying or playing the game then. It’s not for you. Don’t ruin the fun for others.
