Driveclub's art direction is amazing and it's weather effect are still unrivaled... now if they could get those effects in 60fps and solid gameplay like Forza or GT that would be amazing.
You like that locked camera angle? Makes it look like the car isn't even turning.
@MVGeneral
Driveclub's weather art is top notch. No game has gotten close to it as far as realistic looking rain effects, but honestly that's all Driveclub really has to outshine other racing games is it's strong graphical art.
Oh Activision...
What the hell are you talking about?
This CoD is shaping up to be my jumping back in point... still going to wait for reviews and player impressions first.
False
Both games look amazing. Forza's dynamic puddle system is awesome.
Edit: I'm sure you can disable some of this, but the HUD on GT is too much for me.
Agreed. Plus I love the setting.
The first one I didn't even end up finishing because I got bored of it once you become so OP it didn't matter how many nemesis you had.
That sounds like a developer issue more so than the hardware.
I think I'll pick this up for my daughter. She loves Mario 64 so this seems right up her alley.
This makes my head hurt...
I still need to set my switch over so I can access the Jap Shop.
Tank controls should have died with the invention of dual analog controllers which was in '97. Developers just took a while to really figure out how to control players and the camera in 3D...
I know from plenty of experience that in some games when the camera changes, so does the orientation of the character and the direction of the movement. It happens all the damn time haha also this isn't '96 anymore nor is this a remake of a game that has these controls so no excuses. RE4 fixes this issue with a 3rd person camera angle so there is no fixed camera control issues when the camera decided to swap.
Thanks! We have been pushin hard haha
Its on Steam as well and shouldn't require a beefy PC.
Gears 4 was awesome, and Shengheist was merely a concept and a tech showcase. They put a lot of t hag tech into Gears 4. I'd like to see it come back though... whatever it was.
Props for the effort... I guess?
I wonder what it needed to get that .1 for a 4.0/10
