This new interface really does not excite me at all. I do appreciate the 8 player chat though, but other than that, I thought the new avatars were fruity.

People really dont realize how much bang they get for every buck spent on the machine. Microsoft is a real slick company though, they hype their games(even though they are multi-platform), and they charge for almost everything and most people dont realize how much money they are actually losing on all the petty stuff. The funny thing out of all of this though, is that the ps2 is 100,000,000 units ahead of the 360, and it sells almost as much as the 360 on a weekly basis.

Unlike you, Ive had 3 of the 4 sku's that playstation has offered. The 60 and 80 gigs are virtually the same when it comes to heat dispersion. The 40 gig is cool to the touch, thats why it ended up being my sku of choice. If you guys had any computer or electronics knowledge, you would understand that having less heat buildup in a console will make it last longer. Thats why the 360 had the RROD. It would get so hot in the inside that it got fried.

But what Im saying is that They already have achievment points right? So they could take them achievments and break them down to trophies. Whats so hard about that? They make video games for a living, so I dont understand what the problem is?

So its not like I cant get achievents. But what I dont get is how the heck these devs talk about achievments,, acknowledge the trophies, and just talk about them like they aren't as important. Dude, Ive had all of the sku's for the ps3. I had a 60 gig, bought another 80 gig, but returned it and got a 40 gig. What I learned from all of this is that the 40 gig is my favorite. Reason being is that the 40 disperses no heat. Its cool to the touch, and for that it will last longer than any other ps3 sku. I wish I could say the same for the 60 and 80 gigs, cause you could fry an egg on those.
