Its not piracy if you own a copy of the game. I believe the dolphin plays physical games too. I might be wrong. The last emulator I use was for the ps1 and it played the physical disc.

Expecting the NX to outsell the PS4 at this point is wishful thinking. The Ps4 has a hell of a head start. Maybe the NX would but it will be years before that happens. Will it be successful? Thats up to nintendo and how they market it.

The game was beta tested 3 time and nobody ran into the glitch til now. Plus this is a fighting game. There is almost is infinite situations there is no way to test for ever possibility.
You can't really say what makes a fighting game better than the other. All the fighters you listed have their own mechanics and gameplay style. Its more opinion. I personally like Street fighter more that Mortal Kombat, Dead or Alive more than Tekken. Does than mean those are better games? No. I just like the the gameplay style more. Smash Bros is more of a party game than a traditional fighter. Free for all is more fun especial 8 player. 1v1 is get boring real fast.
Plus tax came up to $52 and some cents. Still a good deal. Usually you would pay $65 tax and shipping included.

Well yea they are together. Ky had her in so kind of suspended animation to prevent her from fading away. She's in the game already just not playable. Johnny and Justice are in there too.They're in the story mode which is basically a 6 hour cut-scene using all the in-game model. I personally think they should have been playable from the get go. Maybe not so much justice cuz for some reason she's like 50ft tall in the story.

It has nothing to do with the fact its a PS4 exclusive. The gameplay is mostly QTE and making chooses. Things that aren't really affected by framerate. As long as the gameplay isn't affected people tend to ignore it.
