They really are a great idea, reading the academic's view on the game was interesting, the details he picked up on wouldn't generally be a though to a normally reviewer, the concept that killing for profit wasn't an option in the game, there was no real gain so the motive in entering combat is altered if you take that into account.
Great artical
well you must be the life and soul of a party
throw petrol on the fire and do one, classic troll
I think your confusing plagurism with art styles
@decrypt maybe you wouldn't have so many disagrees if you actually used facts and displayed the slightest knowledge of what your talking about.
All current gen consoles have thier drawbacks but wouldn't prevent open world games from running, try harder next time your ignorance is showing.
Turns out me and Allsystemgamer have the same dealer
Interesting point regarding the 360 aiming more towards being the central media hub in your living room, it's a smart move on their part and a welcome move but it all really depends on where you live in the world on how this is paying off, In the UK the 360 doesn't offer much that the Ps3 doesn't and visa versa, excuse my ignorance my knowledge on what has happened over the last year or two, if things have changed a lot.
The 360 has Sky app which is a great deal f...
Always good to see Rotherhams finest (not a task really) making an appearence, i saw the cup and laughed, great Easter Egg if a little obscure to most of the people playing the mod!
You do realise that left 4 dead wasn't a mod right?
that was a game made with valve and i think turtle rock studios who did the AI coding for CS:S.
The rest of your argument isn't worth rising to
I'm suprised people are so eager to post comments like this when it's linked to their facebook account, you leave yourself open to a lot of shit if your not careful.
I love how people automatically assume it's Sonys fault bethesda can't program an engine properly. The first Bethesda game i got was Morrowind for the PC, amazing game stuck on a engine that was prone to melting down without warning. This is nothing new from them, however PS3 owners have every rig...
and actually hand it to a dev that understands what Silent Hill was all about not the tripe they've spewed onto in recent iterations!
I've heard the C64 version will have a better frame rate and slightly better load times so i'll have on for that over the Sega CD version
@jon1234
I can see your point mate but if you think that was me getting angry then you should see me when i'm actually angry haha
i was amused by it more than anything
The disagree votes on this comment baffled me
I think you need to get a grasp of the difference in outputting 4k res and rendering games at 4k.
Video output at 4k shouldn't be a problem, games however not a chance, unless it's the basic of the basic.
... Sorry pal he had sloppy seconds, i didn't leave it in a nice state either
Maybe i was a little harsh in branding all there PC games bad ports but they're far from saints, i suppose it stems back to the earlier days, for instance the first 3 DMC games didn't run well at all, they were simply console games dump on a PC, controlling was a nightmare! they weren't optimised for PC at all, same goes for Onimusha 3
I picked up SFxT, as much as it was no were near as bad as DMC it just had niggling bugs that it just seemed they couldn't be ...
Sounds like a dodgy PC port is to be expected then, but then again it is Capcom this is a given!
A modern masterpiece is a bit strong! the game was good, i enjoyed it a lot more than most of my friends but a masterpiece it wasn't
Make it a better game? for sure, it would be hard to make it worse! still can't help but think this game is a little too far gone to save completely.
Hopefully they will learn there lessons from this and make the 4th game (if there's gonne be one) more like the first 2, then cutching at the current format.
