I think Disagea might get over-shadowed by the other "higher" profile release within the week.
I want to check out the demo, seems like an interesting twist to 3rd person/FPS shooter type games.
Next weeks releases shall be really interesting, DMC 4 has a tough week to compete though, normally it'd be the highest profile game, but that will likely go to Smash Brawl.
Interesting they rated Pro-Street the highest on PS3.
It might be that way, especially with the amount of consoles wii has sold.
1.1 I think that's what they want to do. As for every PS2 sold right now, that likely means there not getting a PS3 for awhile.
Yeah quite big news, that these devs are coming over. I wonder what kind of surprises are in store. Last year GDC was the unvieling of Home and Little Big Planet...
Blockbuster is crazy excepting people to shell out nearly 10 bucks to rent a game. I remember when it was just over 5 and I thought that was too much. lol
Yeah I don't think the demo helped their case, like demo's are suppose to do.
I think he was definitely harsh, going into it, i dunno expecting a COD 4 experience of some sorts.
^^^^
Awesome lol...love the music too. haha
An Interesting look at NPD sales in United States for 2007. Especially the PS3 vs. 360 comparison, but other sections as well, like madden sales going down overall, how the difference between 2007 from 2006 in overall top 10 sales, was PS2 decling, and Wii increasing.
actually there is more demand according to GameFly for 360 version of DMC than PS3. It's top rated PS3 game, however the top rated and overall most requested or rented game is Burnout (360).
my bad, just going off what VGChartz is "estimating".
The answer is we won't really know 100% till sony has it's quarter report at the end of the march, how much it infact sold. Remember Q1 to Q4 is last march 07 numbers to to march 08 (or something like that). So if Sony in it's financial report states it sold 6 million consoles world wide, it doesn't mean that's their total, but it means it how much they sold from Q1 to Q4.
That's some nice "80's hair" this dude is growing. He could pull off the jeri curl too.
No not yet, currently uncharted worldwide is near 900 K (It hasn't included data from us, and japan (don't expect much from japan though)).
Probably next week or the week after it cracks the 1 million barrier (my bet is end of Jan.).
Sounds like the right time to release some info, as well as the street date for rumbled controllers and price, etc.
It shall be interesting to see how DMC 4 sells on 360 and PS3 worldwide, I'm guessing DMC 4 will sell better on 360 in America, and PS3 version selling better in Europe and Japan (Like Assassins Creed is currently doing, Or PES for example).
Still it would do better if it was the only "high profiled" release that week.
Instead everyone will be focusing on Smash Brawl...
