Your user name contains more letters than mine... you are superior to me :/
Totally agree with a 60 fps decision, but 30 fps in a sense really IS more "cinematic" if only in the sense that it is closer to the "standard" 24 fps in most films (few recent exceptions exceeding this number but even fewer, I think, coming close to 60 fps).
So yes 30 fps is more likely to replicate some aspect of the 24 fps experience... but I don't necessarily agree with the premise behind that "excuse" either :)
Took some serious price drops and bundled offering to make X1 appealing enough, but they did what needed to be done if they want their console to succeed.
Micro has been all around very open to changing and adapting to consumer complaints and demands very quickly. On one side it is sad they misread the market so badly initially, on the other it is good that they aren't trying to stick to their guns to the detriment of their consumers or their own product's success.
I like it when he talks dirty
Polish is one thing... some of these games are blatantly unfinished or broken ... polish is supposed to be the final touches which makes games (or anything) SHINE, not just WORK!!! More like the market is afraid of "cars" driving out of the shop without functioning brakes, or airbags, power steering, faulty transmission, bad alternator (i.e. crashes, freezes, other errors). NOT oh my car hasn't been waxed and detailed after getting back from the mechanic...

I'm gonna get mine lowered, louder and chromed exhaust, probably some halo lights for my DS3 camo controller. And a little hula girl to top it all off.
I... Just did... It was late, it was dark out, i was a bit drunk and it sounded like such a good deal at the time... Regrets.
Not VR... a RR... reality reality simulator... makes reality more realer.
1st, your game needs to be good
2nd, if it is F2P, then 99 percent needs to be 100 percent FREE!
3rd, charge for all the little $hit (plus minor advertising), you will make plenty of dough because your game is POPULAR due to the two steps above...
Like a "develop your own game" software or something perhaps
Hell, let them get more public with it, just more embarrassment for them.. Ha.

My brother just told me about someone winning over Red Bull ads for false advertising about Red Bull "gives you wings."
Patch? Ohhh they mean the other 20 % of the game code they omitted when they released it.
I hear they are employing some ultra-realistic, high fidelity "crumb" technology too for that extra bit of mustache realism. Collector's edition comes with a mustache comb.
As much as I agree, I believe they were trying for an "understated" design/look to blend-in more than stand out, it certainly was a slight risk to take, but at the end of the day if it performs that's all I'd really care about.
It isn't like it's butt-ugly or anything though.
I don't believe the term "multilingual" has ever been uttered either in reference to and certainly not employed in a video game... ever.
I agree, but it has to start sometime to get some infrastructure built up. This gen (consoles anyway) is barely ready for 1080p (without making compromises to other effects that is).
I say, 8 years of this and then sift some powerhouse consoles capable of 4K and then thrown in some VR for good measure, but if it isn't bundled it will likely fail.
Micro really are doin a good job though at turning themselves around, hopefully they can keep it up. A one console world is good for nobody except that ONE console maker.
Who knows, maybe Nintendo will cook up some more powerful backwards compatible (with Wii U) console contender for the PS4 and Xone in the next couple of years, that'd be something to see.
The Wii U 2... 2016 Bono will reign Bontendo... Nintendono
Agree there, unless they did $hit-tons of extra stuff that surpasses most other games in content and offerings in which case there would be two options I see (rational ones anyway):
1) sell it all on disc for in excess of 59.99
2) sell the basic stuff for 59.99 and the rest as DLC which, in essence, gives customers more options especially if they, A) dislike the base game, B) are strapped for cash
3) Irrational choice is to simply be "generous" and &...
