@multi, The PS3 was the strongest console last gen. The PS4 is the strongest this so far. You have no proof regarding the new xbone/ps4. Things have returned to the status quo but not for the reasons you are implying.
Also the Wii wasn't 'in its own sub market'.

@Septic, that barely counts as a lineup tbh. Apart from 3rd party offerings xbone is looking pretty sparse. In fact after Gears 4 xbone looks barren.
@Overload, thats typical MS. It happens every gen, they blow their load at the beginning and then run out of steam. PlayStation on the other hand are really only just getting into full stride now. Its great after hearing 'PlayStation got no games' ad nauseum at the beginning of the gen. Now its PlayStation got too many games lol.
